This messaging service is a simple, convenient way to receive important information from the Village of Bellevue using text messaging.

There is no app to download. Simply send a text message from your cellphone to get the information you need, 24/7.

How to Sign Up for Notifications:

This option is for one-way communication.

After sending the initial text, you will receive a confirmation message. Reply "YES" to opt in.

You may receive notifications about village events, road closures, water main breaks, leaf pick-up and more from the Village of Bellevue.

You cannot reply to this number, except to opt in or opt out of receiving messages.

How to Opt Out:

Text "STOP" to 91896 at any time to be removed from this service. Text the keyword again to start receiving messages again.
