The Village Manager is appointed by the Council to be the chief administrative officer of the Village. The Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Village, including personnel management, budgeting, and oversight of the various departments.

The Manager makes recommendations to Council for improvements to the Village, and attends all council meetings with a right to participate but not vote.
